Licensing & Training

Academy For Kids is currently licensed with the State of Texas Department of Health and Protective Services and has been since 1998.  The local licensing provides frequent inspections as well as technical assistance.  For more information go to www.dfps.state.tx.us.

Training

Each year, I am required to complete a minimum of 30 clock hours of training.  To date I have received over 800 clock hours of training, averaging about 40 hours/year.  Listed below are just some of the classes that I have participated in.
